Financial Advisor (Wealth Management): Managing and expanding client relationships by delivering wealth management and financial planning solutions with an accent on retirement planning and high-net-worth portfolio management. Focus on driving business growth through lead generation, asset allocation, and participant education meetings.

Location: Hybrid (Danvers, MA). Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and expand client relationships through referrals and new business development activities.
  • Provide targeted advice on wealth management, asset allocation, and comprehensive financial planning.
  • Conduct retirement plan participant education meetings and build relationships with key employees.
  • Qualify and close business leads to meet annual sales goals by advancing prospects through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Management Team to ensure clients receive optimal financial solutions.
  • Support the Vice President in business development efforts, including campaigns, events, and proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA, JD, or other advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
