• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming products.
• Complete accurate production documentation following Good Documentation Practices.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a regulated environment.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
• Flexibility to support business needs and schedules.
