Salary: $208,000–$260,000

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of core GigaVUE-FM capabilities for network management and traffic analysis.
• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise-grade backend services and cloud-native platforms.
• Drive technical standards, design reviews, and long-term product evolution within the NMS domain.
• Mentor engineers and guide critical technical decisions across the team and adjacent groups.
• Partner with product management and stakeholders to translate customer feedback into durable product improvements.
• Apply AI-driven automation to enhance engineering workflows and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developing complex enterprise applications or distributed systems.
• Strong programming expertise in Java; experience with Python or Golang is a plus.
• Deep experience in API architecture, backend service design, and platform engineering.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, protocols, and observability domains.
• Proven technical leadership through architecture ownership and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience working with cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
