Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 gross annually

What you will do

• Pilot technical foundations of payments outsourced to group TechCo and external vendors.
• Liaise between local regulators and internal product teams to ensure compliance.
• Build and improve payment services specifically for the US market.
• Drive large-scale payment migrations including cards and acquiring systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payment providers and industry stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payment systems and evaluate new scheme opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in the payments industry.
• Deep expertise in the payments landscape, including providers and regulatory frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relevant regulations such as ISO 20022.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and stakeholder management.
