What you will do

• Manufacture products according to established specifications and production schedules.
• Operate production equipment safely while meeting volume, cost, and quality targets.
• Monitor product quality to identify and rework non-conforming items.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance tracking.
• Work in a clean room environment following ISO 8 regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour day shift (6am-6pm) including every other weekend.
• Must be able to work on-site in Allentown, PA.
• 1+ year of related manufacturing experience or successful completion of internal assessments.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills for intricate assembly.
