Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mossville, IL (Onsite 5 days/week)

Salary: $147,760 - $221,640

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full NPI development cycle from concept to production.
• Manage program R&D budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with technical leads and commercial teams to align product design with customer needs.
• Proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and execute contingency plans.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain team momentum throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Extensive experience in program management and planning techniques.
• Proven leadership experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality management methods and tools.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
