What you will do

• Lead the operational and financial design, establishing robust accounting frameworks.
• Manage the ongoing operational and financial lifecycle of investment funds.
• Act as the primary SME and finance lead, managing relationships with third-party fund administrators and depositaries.
• Direct the finance function, including review of daily, monthly, and quarterly NAVs and annual financial statements.
• Oversee the end-to-end audit process with external auditors.
• Interact with regulatory bodies to navigate setup, compliance, and financial reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience at a senior or lead level within fund operations and finance.
• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
• Expertise in fund accounting, finance, and operations across European fund structures (UCITS or AIF).
• Expertise with investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg or Ireland.
• Experience managing financial oversight of third-party fund administrators and depositaries.
• Academic background from a top university.

Nice to have

• Degree in STEM, business, or finance.
• Understanding of illiquid asset valuation methodologies, cap tables, and cash management.
• Experience implementing or managing API integrations between fund administrators and internal ledgers.
