What you will do

• Build and grow a Platform Professional Services team focused on operationalizing CrowdStrike technologies for customers.
• Provide hands-on technical support and delivery for platform deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and mentor team members to expand skills and maximize performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and customer IT teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Lead customer projects and provide technical implementation leadership.
• Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon tools.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Australia, specifically Western Australia (WA) with ability to work remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 10 years IT deployment experience and 3 years managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux platforms and software deployment technologies.
• Experience with endpoint security platforms, especially CrowdStrike Falcon preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash scripting and cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Knowledge of compliance standards like CIS Benchmarks, PCI, HIPAA.
• Familiarity with identity management including Active Directory and Azure-AD.
