What you will do

• Ensure timely settlement of treasury transactions.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Build funding models for new product launches.
• Manage liquidity across accounts to meet client activity requirements.
• Verify that trades are booked, processed, and executed correctly by the settlements team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 1+ years of experience as a Settlements Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or similar role.
• Understanding of payment settlement processes and methods such as SWIFT, SPEI, SIAC, and SPID.
• Technological curiosity and willingness to learn new skills like SQL.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of settling products ranging from derivatives to equities.
• Understanding of margin management.
• Ability to design new internal processes.
