What you will do

• Research, plan, and build features that drive user adoption and engagement.
• Design and run experiments to optimize trial user experiences.
• Develop systems for personalized onboarding and feature improvements to reduce churn.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Ops teams.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the newly formed Growth engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, Canada, or Mexico
• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
• Extensive experience building full-stack web-based systems
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and PostgreSQL
• Prior experience with unit testing frameworks

Nice to have

• Familiarity with user monitoring and analytics tooling
• Project experience with TailwindCSS
• Knowledge of the fleet management industry
