What you will do

• Build, maintain, and evolve production-ready time series forecasting models for revenue, orders, and customer metrics.
• Design and apply robust forecast evaluation frameworks to ensure stability and accuracy.
• Analyze and explain forecast drivers, identifying root causes for deviations between plan and actuals.
• Translate forecasting outputs into clear, actionable insights for business and product stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with business initiatives and planning cycles.
• Contribute to the development of forecast monitoring, anomaly detection, and scenario analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a Data Science role.
• Hands-on experience with time series data, including building and maintaining forecasting models.
• Solid understanding of time series cross-validation and external regressors.
• Experience with data validation checks and managing large, multi-source datasets.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Must be based in Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Moldova, or Kazakhstan.

Nice to have

• Experience with forecast monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Practical knowledge of scenario or what-if analysis.
• Experience in forecast explainability concepts.
