Location: Hybrid (Lodz, Poland). Office attendance required 2 days a week

What you will do

• Design and implement predictive models and statistical analyses for large-scale spatio-temporal datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate data-driven solutions for business challenges.
• Partner with Software Engineers and UX designers to integrate models into scalable pipelines and APIs.
• Process and analyze massive volumes of location data using big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks.
• Communicate complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within a product-focused software company.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with Azure technologies, specifically Databricks and Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Java.
