Sr Business Process Specialist (Fintech): Leading the design and continuous improvement of the onboarding and ramp-up experience for new financial advisors with an accent on end-to-end administrative processes and regulatory compliance. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $89,895 – $121,621 per year

What you will do
- Lead large-scale initiatives to define business needs, process requirements, and implement solutions for the new advisor ramp-up program.
- Own the end-to-end administrative and launch support process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with field leaders and training teams to ensure advisors adopt high-quality, advice-driven behaviors.
- Maintain and standardize processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in judgment-based decision making.
- Guide new advisors on operationalizing client service standards and utilizing planning tools and workflow systems.
- Ensure all systems and training elements are aligned with regulatory standards and field expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of practical experience in business analysis and SME capacity for medium to large efforts.
- Strong knowledge of advice-based planning models, compliance standards, and advisor support infrastructure.
- Proven experience in creating and improving complex business processes.
- Must be based in the US (required for benefits and regulatory compliance).
Nice to have
- FINRA licenses (Series 7, 66) or deep familiarity with the financial regulatory environment.
- Experience with CRM, planning tools, and advisor workflow systems.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and change management methodologies (DMAIC, ADKAR) or Green Belt certification.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
