What you will do

• Transform originator underwriting guidelines into programmatic review templates using advanced Excel modeling.
• Design and maintain automated validation systems for client-specific lending criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate guidelines into the platform.
• Support rated and non-rated securitization reporting initiatives.
• Create and update reports for portfolio analysis and client reviews.
• Work directly with clients to implement guideline updates and maintain accuracy.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
• Expert-level Excel skills with demonstrated ability to create complex models.
• Strong analytical mindset and proven problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Ownership mentality and a bias toward action.
