Senior AI & Computer Vision Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Break down complex and ambiguous problems into iterative experiments, prototypes, metrics, and actionable decisions.
• Study and apply recent techniques in AI, machine learning, computer vision, 3D graphics, and spatial computing.
• Build proofs of concept and transform prototypes into robust, maintainable, production-ready solutions.
• Evaluate immature technologies, reduce technical risk, and improve architectures, pipelines, and workflows.
• Write clean, tested, performant software and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Share knowledge through mentoring, documentation, demos, articles, talks, workshops, and conferences.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and solid software engineering foundations.
• Strong knowledge of computer vision and deep learning, including image or video processing, 3D vision, segmentation, detection, grounding, or multimodal approaches.
• Ability to implement end-to-end solutions beyond notebooks while considering production constraints.
• Strong problem-solving, experimentation, pragmatic delivery, continuous learning, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English is required for an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# or graphics engines such as Unity, Unreal, or Evergine.
• Experience deploying AI systems on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with MLOps, deployment, monitoring, and reproducibility.
• Experience creating technical training, talks, or workshops.
