What you will do

• Lead the development and optimization of the user-facing commercial platform.
• Manage and mentor junior developers and act as a project manager for system releases.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs, services, and robust backend solutions leveraging database optimizations.
• Develop Vue controls and components to expose functionality to end users.
• Collaborate with UX designers, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
• Review code, conduct quality assurance testing, and assist the Support team with troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Vue (frontend) and Django (backend).
• Proven experience building integrations with business systems like Stripe, Salesforce, or Netsuite.
• Experience in project management and mentoring junior developers.
• Proficiency in REST, OpenAPI, Git, and AWS-based product stacks.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in London, UK or Quebec, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nuxt.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Basic design and UX sensibility.
• Familiarity with live events, film, production, or entertainment industries.
