What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Claritas application stack to ensure robust and secure performance.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical designs and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage production systems, including incident resolution, defect management, and ensuring stable operations.
• Support release processes, code quality, and testing within Azure DevOps.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to colleagues while collaborating with external development resources.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design and API development.
• Solid knowledge of modern software engineering practices including Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with business users and contribute to solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft stack development including Azure, SQL Server, .NET, C#, and Angular.
• Competency in developing with GitHub Copilot AI agent.
