What you will do

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of full-stack software engineers.
• Develop a large-scale data processing and analytics system for shipment monitoring and predictions.
• Lead by example as an individual contributor to achieve software development goals.
• Coordinate team efforts in creating complex data systems.
• Collaborate with remote peers across different time zones and support co-workers.

Requirements

• Expertise in server-side languages such as C# and Python.
• Experience with big data streaming platforms like AWS Kinesis or Apache Kafka.
• Strong skills in multi-tier web application development and AWS hosting/DevOps.
• Proficiency in data modeling and databases including SQL Server, Postgres, and MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Location: Must be based in Boston, MA

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
• History of building secure web applications using ASP.NET Core and Angular.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
