Location: Onsite at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in Charlottesville, VA.

What you will do

• Design and deploy secure, cloud-native applications within AWS GovCloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with integrated static and dynamic security scanning.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs connecting mission and enterprise systems.
• Containerize and orchestrate workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints, performing peer reviews and sprint demos.

Requirements

• Must hold an active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DoD or federal environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and AWS GovCloud.
• DoD 8140 (8570) IAT Level II Certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or equivalent AI solutions.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Developer or DevOps Engineer certification.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with event-driven services like Amazon SQS or Kafka.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and DevSecOps governance.
