What you will do
- Deliver full-stack solutions from customer-facing UIs to backend database optimization.
- Lead design and delivery of end-to-end features emphasizing high-performance ASP.NET Core services.
- Architect secure APIs integrating with EMRs, imaging partners, and AI services.
- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to create intuitive experiences across devices.
- Own quality assurance and define automated test strategies; champion CI/CD and DevOps in Azure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years experience with ASP.NET Core and C# in production.
- Fullstack experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontends and ASP.NET Core backends.
- Experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency deploying and operating workloads in Azure or other cloud platforms using IaC and containerization.
- Deep experience with SQL Server and automated testing frameworks.
- Proven mentoring and leadership skills in Agile environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare standards like DICOM, HL7/FHIR.
- Background in security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Passion for responsive design, PWAs, and accessibility.
- Experience with Python, GCP, and FastAPI.
