TL;DR
Senior MarTech Engineer (AI): Designing and building the technical backbone of the GTM marketing stack with an accent on tracking infrastructure, CDP architecture, and data pipelines. Focus on developing AI-powered automation systems, server-to-server integrations, and identity resolution to enable personalized multi-channel marketing.
Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 USD + equity

What you will do
- Own client-side and server-side tag implementation and maintain event tracking consistency across web and product.
- Build and maintain server-to-server conversion integrations (CAPI) for Meta, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Architect the CDP data model and build pipelines to populate customer profiles with behavioral and transactional signal.
- Manage integrations between the martech stack (Braze, HubSpot) and core systems, ensuring high data quality.
- Develop AI-powered marketing workflows and agent-based systems to replace static engagement rules.
- Contribute to the MarketingOps technical roadmap and document systems and integrations.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing technology or technical marketing operations.
- Hands-on expertise with Tag Management and custom JavaScript.
- Experience building server-to-server (API/CAPI) conversion integrations.
- Working knowledge of CDP architecture and data modeling (e.g., Hightouch, Segment).
- Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries independently.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with Hightouch, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Snowflake/BigQuery.
- Proficiency in Python for custom integrations or lightweight automation scripts.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows using LLMs (Claude, GPT).
- Experience in B2B SaaS, specifically within SMB or hospitality verticals.
