What you will do
- Design and ship production AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration and specialized agents.
- Automate operational workflows across onboarding, support, and data understanding to reduce processing time.
- Build forecasting, prediction, and optimization models to drive operational decisions.
- Develop the learning loop and evaluation infrastructure for continuous model improvement.
- Establish reliability guardrails, observability, and tracing for complex AI workflows.
- Mentor engineers and optimize the prototyping-to-production pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production AI/ML systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in Generative/Agentic AI (LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, etc.) or Applied ML (forecasting, optimization).
- Ability to design and implement robust evaluation frameworks tied to business outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern API frameworks like FastAPI.
- Experience building for high-stakes, operationally complex environments.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Background in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or mobility.
- Knowledge of Operations Research, Reinforcement Learning, or Bandits.
- Experience with multimodal document understanding or browser automation.
- Proficiency in production MLOps and real-time streaming systems.
