What you will do

• Lead global negotiations on indirect spend to drive significant cost savings.
• Define and execute procurement strategies specifically for Human Data and IT categories.
• Manage contract renewals and renegotiate agreements with key suppliers.
• Build and manage supplier panels to improve governance and reduce complexity.
• Rationalize tool usage and consolidate internal needs across business units.
• Lead end-to-end procurement projects from RFP to final contractualization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Buyer or Category Manager, preferably in IT, SaaS, or data-related fields.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation with large providers in competitive markets.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and align diverse internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and assertiveness to build relationships and drive change.
