What you will do

• Develop and implement standardized procedures for sample intake, storage, tracking, and distribution.
• Manage Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to maintain sample integrity and traceability.
• Lead, train, and develop the Sample Management team; run shift meetings and 1:1 performance evaluations.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to align sample management practices.
• Use data to troubleshoot discrepancies, resolve quality concerns, and pressure-test workflows.
• Prepare reports and support audits and regulatory inspections with strict documentation and corrective actions.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree (Master’s preferred) in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
• Experience managing operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Proficiency with LIMS and data analysis tools; strong Excel and data management skills.
• Knowledge of molecular biology and experience with GMP and Quality System Regulation (QSR).
