What you will do
- Monitor customer health and proactively reduce churn risk while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, workplace consultants, and technology partners.
- Lead seamless customer onboarding and ensure long-term value realization.
- Coordinate delivery, installation, and ongoing service teams to ensure excellent execution.
- Maintain high-quality customer data and pipeline visibility using CRM systems like Planhat and Pipedrive.
- Use data-driven insights and structured problem-solving to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in London and able to work on-site at least four days per week.
- Professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Commercial Operations.
- Background in or familiarity with CSR, sustainability, commercial real estate, or subscription-based business models.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven drive to deliver revenue growth.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and manage both blue and white-collar teams.
