What you will do
- Manage billing inquiries, refund requests, and invoice discrepancies via email, chat, and phone.
- Process subscription renewals and cancellations in accordance with company policies.
- Provision customer accounts based on signed contracts to ensure correct feature access.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues in collaboration with Finance and Sales departments.
- Maintain detailed, audit-ready records of all billing interactions within the CRM.
- Identify and flag recurring billing friction points or process gaps to leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in billing support, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
- Full English fluency required.
- Must be based in Mexico City.
- Proficiency with subscription billing models, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Experience using CRM and billing tools such as Salesforce, Stripe, or Intercom.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data validation and reporting.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Spotdraft or similar billing automation tools.
- Understanding of SaaS provisioning and subscription lifecycle workflows.
- Familiarity with global tax compliance basics like VAT and sales tax.
