What you will do

• Build and maintain robust 2D/2.5D/3D EM simulation workflows for interconnects, packages, and RF structures.
• Design and evaluate high-speed channels (PCB, vias, connectors) and generate actionable artifacts like S-parameters and RLGC models.
• Simulate RF components including passives, resonators, and antennas, validating results against lab measurements.
• Automate expert simulation pipelines using Python, including meshing strategies and parameter sweeps.
• Perform lab validations using VNA, spectrum analyzers, and TDR to correlate simulation data with physical reality.
• Support forward-deployed engineering by diagnosing hardware issues directly with enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in EM simulation for SI/PI, SerDes, or RF design.
• Deep proficiency with 2.5D/3D solvers (e.g., HFSS, Keysight ADS, Cadence, Synopsis).
• Strong PCB design expertise using Altium or Cadence OrCAD.
• Python scripting skills for simulation automation and data pipeline management.
• Lab proficiency with VNA, TDR, and spectrum analyzer measurement validation.
• U.S. Export Control compliance: Must be eligible to receive software/technology controlled under EAR and ITAR regulations.
