What you will do

• Design and build key components for the time-and-attendance system.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Create intuitive, accessible frontend features using React.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Maintain scalable microservices in a Kubernetes-based environment.
• Resolve production issues and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern backend languages like Go, C#, or Python.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and AWS.
• Experience managing infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Helm, or Kustomize.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
