What you will do

• Own technical delivery across multiple concurrent Salesforce Commerce Cloud workstreams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Translate high-level architectural and design direction into detailed, executable technical tasks for the engineering team.
• Maintain high engineering rigor, focusing on accessibility, performance, and integration discipline.
• Proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and scope creep to prevent blockers.
• Mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Communicate complex technical tradeoffs and platform limitations to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Based in Latin America with availability to work in PT or ET timezones.
• Proven track record at a Senior or Lead level delivering complex e-commerce projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA architecture.
• Proficiency across the commerce stack, including API design, data handling, and integrations (payments, search, CMS).
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
