What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end product features combining frontend, backend, and AI model capabilities.
• Take ownership of features from initial concept through to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user problems into experiments and features.
• Work directly with in-house and third-party AI models to evaluate feasibility and reliability.
• Build and maintain backend systems for model integration and frontend interfaces for generative workflows.
• Ship features behind feature flags, measure outcomes, and iterate based on real user signals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe, with a preference for the UK, Germany, Switzerland, or Ireland.
• Proven experience building and shipping full-stack product features in production environments.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to define scope and iterate on ambiguous 0-to-1 problems.
• Comfortable working across the entire stack, including frontend and backend development.
• Ability to make pragmatic technical trade-offs when working with evolving AI systems.
• Full-time employment only; no contractor or B2B arrangements.

• Experience with AI or ML-powered products.
• Familiarity with experimentation workflows and feature flagging.
