What you will do

• Lead the architecture and design of complex, cross-functional software and automation systems.
• Develop enterprise-grade AI-driven tools, including chatbots and intelligent workflow automation.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Design and implement mission-critical services using Node.js, Python, and MSSQL.
• Mentor engineers across all levels and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with executive and operational stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and MSSQL.
• Extensive experience with modern frameworks like Vue.js and React.
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative and Agentic AI into production systems.
• Must be able to travel to office sites and work in a medical facility environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud platform services.
• Background in healthcare technology or HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Proven track record in driving DevOps maturity and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
