TL;DR

Workday Finance Consultant: Leading functional delivery and deployment of Workday Financial solutions for diverse clients with an accent on business requirement analysis, system configuration, and process optimization. Focus on driving end-to-end implementation projects, managing data conversion, and providing expert advisory on best practices within the Workday ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in Bègles, France (Hybrid work model with telecommuting possibilities).

What you will do

  • Lead functional areas and drive the scope, definition, and delivery of Workday Finance solutions.
  • Conduct working sessions to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and data migration activities.
  • Advise clients on best practices and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist integration teams in testing connections between Workday and third-party systems.
  • Support sales activities and mentor new team members.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP consulting.
  • Proven experience with Workday Financial Management, Expenses, or Procurement modules.
  • Workday Finance Certifications in at least one functional area (preferably R2R).
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Experience in process design, data management, and system configuration.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Workday roadmap and industry practices.
  • Experience in R2R, P2P, O2C, Business Assets, or Banking modules.
