What you will do

• Lead cross-functional creative pods consisting of writers, artists, and designers to deliver daily video content at scale.
• Drive ideation and shape episodic arcs with strong hooks and pacing aligned with the YouTube platform.
• Manage simultaneous productions, balancing creative ambition with timeline efficiency and resource availability.
• Guide scripts and narrative beats to ensure emotional resonance and optimized average view duration (AVD).
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on scripts, voiceovers, animatics, and final edits.
• Shape the development of recurring characters and series IP to drive return viewership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in producing or creative leadership for digital video or entertainment platforms.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams and productions concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking with a discerning eye for story, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.
