• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to final hiring.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for the Tech department.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality technical talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through fast and effective communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to manage expectations and ensure successful placements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of hiring for technical positions.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency required.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
