What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve technical and functional incidents within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) environment.
  • Validate platform performance, business rules, and custom components to ensure seamless browsing and purchasing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage fixes, enhancements, and technical interdependencies.
  • Configure and customize SFCC using Business Manager, Script Editor, and OCAPI.
  • Execute technical and functional testing (SIT/UAT) and oversee release support and post-deployment stabilization.
  • Document findings and technical recommendations to ensure operational traceability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong proficiency in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce integrations such as payment gateways, inventory, and order management systems.
  • Experience with technical analysis, log review, and error identification.
  • Familiarity with support and collaboration tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AMS or production support environments.
  • Background in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Participation in eCommerce platform implementations or major upgrades.
