What you will do

• Perform set-ups and operate CNC lathes with milling capabilities for complex geometries and tight tolerances.
• Inspect all completed work, adjusting gaging equipment to ensure precision and quality.
• Interpret complex drawings, including GD&T blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.
• Identify and recognize errors in blueprints or operation sheets to prevent deviant parts.
• Ensure strict compliance with FAA safety regulations for Safety Sensitive Work.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist with milling capabilities.
• Ability to understand and apply technical work instructions in English.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Buffalo, NY.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Mandatory enrollment in the F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of G-Code.
• Experience with Fanuc controls.
• High School diploma or GED.
