What you will do

• Develop and deliver internal communications strategies to support transformation projects.
• Provide direct communications counsel and onsite support to the International leadership team.
• Manage and evolve internal communication channels to ensure effective message delivery.
• Lead cultural agenda initiatives to embed behaviors and reinforce organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and HR to adapt content for diverse international audiences.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of engagement plans to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for strategy and presentation development.
• Proven experience in change management and guiding teams through complex transformations.
• Strategic planning abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and solve problems efficiently.
• Experience in stakeholder management at all levels of a large organization.
• Must be able to work onsite in London for key leadership moments and team support.
