What you will do

• Conduct audits to gather use cases and UX patterns to create reusable component and pattern definitions.
• Identify inconsistencies in existing component usage and deviations from the design system.
• Collaborate with product teams and developers to ensure alignment, adoption, and quality checks of components.
• Craft detailed component and pattern usage guidelines.
• Enforce processes to guide the appropriate usage and upkeep of the design system.
• Champion the value of the design system to internal stakeholders and advocate for its adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a designer.
• 2+ years of experience specifically maintaining a design system.
• Portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of product design and craftsmanship from conception to launch.
• Strong UI design skills and proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent methodical and critical thinking skills.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with content strategy.
