What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows and interfaces for admins and employees.
• Define product strategy and identify high-impact opportunities through data-driven research.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing and behavioral analysis to validate product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure design consistency and system standards.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and UI/UX workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer.
• Proven experience designing complex B2B tech products for both web and mobile.
• Portfolio with at least 2 completed case studies in English showcasing end-to-end workflow.
• Proficiency in Figma, ProtoPie, and AI-powered design tools.
• Strong ability to define problems, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Must be able to work onsite in Singapore.
