Salary: $116,000 - $223,000 USD

What you will do

• Scope, design, and implement modern data, analytics, and application solutions for clients.
• Build scalable data platforms and intuitive reporting experiences using Snowflake, dbt, and various BI tools.
• Develop full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Python, and other modern frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across source systems, integration layers, and APIs.
• Mentor junior resources through architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching.
• Support sales cycles by leading discovery workshops and building Proofs of Concept (POCs).

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, SQL development, and data modeling.
• Proven background in full-stack development, including frontend, backend/API development, and authentication patterns.
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Experience with dbt, Git, CI/CD, and modern software delivery workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core, Advanced Architect, or Advanced Data Engineer).
• Experience with Snowpark, Cortex, Streamlit, Native Apps, or Apache Iceberg.
• Knowledge of containerization, serverless patterns, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, LLM-enabled analytics, and RAG patterns.
• Industry experience in ERP, CRM, finance, operations, supply chain, or healthcare.
