Intern - Global Product Industrialization (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Parma, Italy, with a hybrid arrangement combining on-site presence and remote work

What you will do

• Support technology transfer between hirify.global sites, R&D teams, and subcontractors, with a focus on process validation.
• Design technology transfer documents and matrices and support scientific rationales for quality and regulatory documentation.
• Support the industrialization of new products and structure industrial process validation within R&D product teams.
• Scout new equipment, technologies, and tools to improve manufacturing execution and process robustness.
• Support product lifecycle governance and inspection-readiness activities for Global and Local functions.
• Contribute to sustainability assessments, improvement plans, and scientific root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and end-to-end drug product manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Proactive approach, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and aptitude for problem-solving.
