What you will do

• Produce animated product demos, feature explainers, and launch videos that translate complex functionality into clear narratives.
• Design motion graphics and UI animations to bring product workflows and value propositions to life.
• Develop and evolve a scalable motion and video design system, including reusable templates and assets.
• Produce and edit video content across multiple formats and channels according to brand standards.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Design teams to transform strategic initiatives into visual assets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design or video production with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Experience creating SaaS-focused content, such as feature explainers and demos.
• Must be based in Germany.
• AI literacy with the ability to integrate AI tools into creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and end-to-end production.
