What you will do

• Concept and produce high-volume motion and video assets for digital advertising campaigns.
• Build modular creative systems, templates, and toolkits to enable rapid production and scalability.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics like CTR and conversions to iteratively refine creative assets.
• Collaborate with strategy and media teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with performance goals.
• Implement AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate production and generate creative variations.
• Edit and sequence footage, incorporating motion graphics, sound, and color correction for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and video editing expertise for digital campaigns.
• Proven understanding of performance-driven creative principles including hooks, pacing, and platform nuances.
• Experience creating multiple variations of creative assets for A/B testing and optimization.
• Solid foundation in design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools like After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable creative systems or template-based workflows.
