What you will do

• Produce high-volume video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to drive installs and subscriptions.
• Create hooks, trailers, and episodic cuts from raw drama series footage.
• Integrate AI video tools to generate, direct, and refine footage.
• Iterate creatives based on performance data (CTR, CPI, ROAS) in collaboration with the growth team.
• Adapt and repurpose assets for various formats, platforms, and localizations.
• Monitor short-form trends to translate them into shippable creative assets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience producing performance/UA video creative for mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
• Strong motion design skills, including compositing, animation, and templating.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
• Ability to use data insights to iterate and refine creative concepts.
