What you will do

• Manage payment cycles and execute payments across multiple entities and methods including SEPA, ACH, and international wire transfers
• Ensure timely payroll execution and compliance with tax and social insurance obligations
• Establish and manage local and international banking and EMI relationships
• Analyze costs and create budgets, forecasts, and internal financial reports
• Prepare financial reports in line with IFRS and ABC standards across all entities
• Lead and coordinate financial, tax, and statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions

Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years experience in international finance, payments, or accounting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; advanced certifications beneficial
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting frameworks
• Experience with payroll, tax compliance, cross-border payments, and banking systems
• Excellent English proficiency required; Greek language knowledge is a plus
