What you will do

• Lead the transition from GA release to enterprise expansion, incorporating customer feedback into the roadmap.
• Define and track success metrics for search, balancing technical performance with user value.
• Collaborate with the AI Assistant team to align search intelligence with surfaced results.
• Expand search coverage to include video subtitles, richer content types, and integrations with platforms like SharePoint and Confluence.
• Drive improvements in re-ranking and relevance quality as the product matures.
• Connect the platform to existing enterprise knowledge bases to build a comprehensive search layer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with search, information retrieval, or AI/ML products.
• Strong B2B SaaS background with experience handling enterprise customers and IT stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in search infrastructure, indexing, and ranking.
• Proven ability to balance technical complexity with end-user needs.
• Confidence in negotiating priorities with senior engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with semantic/vector search, embeddings, and retrieval models.
• Knowledge of search relevance, re-ranking, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience building indexing pipelines and enterprise knowledge integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-generated summaries and answer synthesis.
