What you will do

• Analyze requirements and assess the risk and business impact of system changes.
• Design and execute test scenarios based on system behavior and edge cases.
• Perform manual testing of complex backend and system-level components.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and track defects.
• Adapt to a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand code in C++, Go, and Python.
• Experience with Python and Bash scripting for testing, automation, and debugging.
• Basic knowledge of SQL-like databases and ability to perform data queries.
• Strong experience in manual testing of backend, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of risk management and evaluation of change criticality.
• Confident Linux user (command line, logs, processes, and basic troubleshooting).

Nice to have

• Experience testing distributed or high-load systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of networking and system architecture.
