Senior Cloud Security Engineer (Multi-Cloud): Architecting and improving security across GCP, Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud to protect cloud-based systems and services with an accent on automation and cloud-native security tooling. Focus on building security controls from scratch, managing CNAPP platforms, and remediating vulnerabilities in multi-cloud environments.

What you will do

• Architect and design security for GCP, Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud environments to ensure confidentiality and integrity.
• Develop cloud-native security solutions and automation tools from scratch using Python, Go, or Bash.
• Manage and optimize the Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
• Lead project planning and produce comprehensive documentation for architectural security decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives from concept to completion.
• Research emerging cloud security trends and propose strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in security and 4+ years in cloud security architecture.
• Hands-on expertise designing security across multiple major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
• Proven coding experience in Python, Go, PowerShell, or Bash to build security tooling.
• Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities in multi-cloud environments.
• Ability to pass US federal government background investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, GKE, AKS).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and Policy-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, OPA).
• Understanding of NIST, CIS Benchmarks, and ISO 27001 controls.
• CISSP or vendor-specific cloud security certifications.
