What you will do

• Build and improve features within the hirify.global Search engine.
• Develop and refine search relevance algorithms using analytics to optimize results.
• Maintain and evolve search infrastructure and DevOps processes for performance and reliability.
• Design internal and external APIs and architect new systems and services.
• Collaborate with SRE, Data & AI, and Core Frontend teams, as well as product managers and designers.
• Write comprehensive technical documentation for both internal use and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java.
• Strong proficiency with Elasticsearch and Spring.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Helsinki or Salzburg offices (Hybrid).
