What you will do

• Design and build backend services to power growth experiments using Python, Kotlin, or Go.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks and feature flag infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Data, and mobile engineers.
• Balance development speed with code quality and maintainability.
• Ensure system reliability through automated testing, logging, and incident response.

Requirements

• Must be based in Helsinki or Stockholm.
• Professional experience with Python, Kotlin, Java, or Go.
• Experience building and operating production-scale services.
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong ownership mindset and pragmatic approach to engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have
